Founder & CEO
Dan leads the strategy and business development for 1nHealth. Prior to this, he lead client engagement at SPRIM and SPRIM Ventures with a focus on business strategy, new product development and consumer research.
Dan has worked with R&D and marketing executives at some of the largest consumer product companies in the world with a focus on entrepreneurial and e-commerce.
Prior to SPRIM, Dan was the CEO of e-commerce companies InstaNatural and TriNova, personal care and home care brands, respectively. In these roles, Dan was involved in launching hundreds of new products, establishing his experience in fast-cycle product development across a range of product categories to create, successfully launch and scale products at rapid rates. He successfully led the TriNova brand to acquisition by Gold Eagle Company in 2016, joining the board in 2017.
Dan has an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida.
Director of Digital Recruitment
Daniel manages digital efforts/strategy for 1nHealth and is instrumental in assisting clients to meet and exceed their goals.
With experience working in marketing and business development on a global scale, Daniel has spent time partnering with business giants across China, England, Spain, Germany, and his home country of Brazil. Daniel now resides in the USA where he manages digital recruitment for 1nHealth.
From a former executive producer in the radio industry, to his days working within Organizações Globo (largest mass media group in Latin America), Daniel positioned himself as a key influencer in the adaptation of outdated business models as they adjoined the digital era. Through this brand of work, Daniel was introduced to other projects which helped facilitate the growth of his career into sectors such as e-commerce, product development, and business-to-business account management.
Daniel has an MBA with a focus on marketing and business development from IBMEC (Brazil).
Stephanie sets the strategy for 1nHealth’s messaging to external stakeholders. In doing this, she manages 1nHealth’s digital marketing activities, as well as content creation.
Stephanie has a background in public relations. She previously directed the healthcare team at a large public relations agency, working with clients on brand awareness and thought leadership strategies. She managed multiple accounts across health sectors, ranging from medical technology and genome editing to compound pharmacy.
Prior to Stephanie’s work in PR, she worked as a journalist for 10 years, honing her writing skills. Her media savviness provides for expertise in building storylines, as well as producing written and video content.
Stephanie has a bachelor’s of science in Journalism from Michigan State University.
Laurent oversees SPRIM’s portfolio companies and is a board member of 1nHealth.
Laurent was instrumental in founding SPRIM’s first venture capital fund, TKS1, a joint venture with Tikehau Capital chartered to invest and grow early-stage healthcare tech companies.
Prior to SPRIM, Laurent founded Silhouette Lift in 2007, an innovative medical device company in the aesthetic field. The company developed a cutting edge technology used for minimally invasive facial rejuvenation. Silhouette Lift was sold to Sinclair IS Pharma.
Laurent also spent 15 years in investment banking, working with Merrill Lynch and other international firms.
Laurent holds a masters in management from HEC business school in France.
