Case study lessons:
Early contact
reduces overall outreach time

The faster your response time in patient outreach, the easier it is to see accelerated enrollment and finish ahead of schedule.

Vitiligo

That’s gotta be a record

1nHealth worked with a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company to engage referrals for a Vitiligo study.

The patient out of Ontario, Canada submitted a contact form and was guided through several stages of screening until they were a qualified referral for the site.

The total time between site handoff and scheduling an appointment was just 30 minutes .

Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI)

All in a day’s work

1nHealth partnered with a regenerative medicine laboratory to find female referrals for a Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) study.

The patient in California submitted our pre-screening form at 8:12am EST and was immediately sent an automated SMS message confirming their interest in the study. They responded two minutes later and within five hours had scheduled an in-person site visit.

We go home when the job is done

At 6:54pm EST of that same day an in-person site visit was scheduled for further screening and to discuss next steps with the referral—all thanks to automated messaging and coordinated outreach by 1nHealth and site staff.

Atopic Dermatitis

After-hours communication

1nHealth partnered with a biotechnology therapeutics company to generate referrals for an Atopic Dermatitis study.

The patient out of California submitted the pre-screening form at 11:56pm EST and was immediately sent an automated SMS message confirming their interest in the study. The patient responded minutes later (and after midnight!) that they were still interested—so we knew engagement was high.

Another automated SMS message was sent confirming we received their information and would be contacting them soon.

Site handoff

The next morning, site staff reached out to the patient for further qualification and learned we would need a Spanish translator for their in-person visit.

An appointment was scheduled, the patient was screened for the study, and less than 72 hours later an ICF was signed!

Vitiligo

Enrollment on fast forward

1nHealth worked with a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company to enroll referrals for a Vitiligo study.

The patient out of New York submitted a contact form at 3:04pm EST, automatically alerting site staff of a new referral. Within the hour, site staff contacted them for an in-person visit scheduled for the next day.

Automated communications works

Within four weeks, an ICF was signed and the patient was officially enrolled in the study eight days later—due in large part to how 1nHealth and the site structured their automated communications processes.
