Children Under The Age Of 16
We recognize we have a special obligation to protect personal data obtained from children. Our website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. Submissions related to participation in a specific study or studies, 1nHealth will send your data to relevant study parties to expedite your submission and connect you to the parties who will facilitate your participation in the study. Seven (7) Days following the conclusion of the study’s recruitment window, 1nHealth will permanently delete any and all of your submitted personally identifiable information (PII). You have the right to request any/all information stored about you, as well as the right to request your data to be deleted at any time.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our services and to perform service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
