Because the investigational treatment is a smartphone app, it’s considered to be generally low risk.
Yes, this study does have a placebo. This helps us measure if the treatment works. If you participate, you have a 50% chance of getting the placebo app.
There is a 2-week screening period, a 16-week treatment period, and a 4-week follow-up period for a total of about 22-weeks.
