We are evaluating how the use of Sensodyne Fresh Mint Toothpaste could improve your symptoms and overall quality of life. Participants will be sent the toothpaste free of charge at the start of the trial and compensated for their participation.

Sensodyne Fresh Mint Toothpaste contains potassium nitrate, which helps build protection for your sensitive teeth over time and works to desensitize the nerves in your teeth. What this means in simple terms is that when you use this toothpaste twice a day, your tooth sensitivity might improve.

As a participant, once signed up for the study in our app, you will be sent the Sensodyne toothpaste right to your door, and then you can continue brushing your teeth twice daily as normal with the toothpaste provided. You will be able to fill in all necessary study surveys from the comfort of your own home by reporting your experiences in the app.

The purpose of this study is to find out if Sensodyne Fresh Mint toothpaste helps relieve tooth sensitivity and improves quality of life.
Participants will need to use the toothpaste to brush twice daily for 24 weeks and complete 7 surveys about their experience during this time.
By using the toothpaste twice daily, you could see a reduction in tooth sensitivity and an improvement in oral-health related quality of life.

While some personal information is collected, it is anonymized. Participants are assigned an identification number to use throughout the study to keep their identity confidential.
The toothpaste and its ingredients have a history of safe use, but possible risks may include allergic reaction or gum irritation. If any side effects do occur, notify the study staff immediately.
