Who We Are

We are an AI-based patient recruitment company that partners with CROs, sponsors and sites for clinical research. 1nHealth uses a combination of proprietary AI and digital best practices to achieve a singular outcome: studies that are fully recruited, on time and on budget.

Our 1nH Philosophy

  • In a typical protocol, there’s a number specified for recruitment (n=). Typically, this target number is seen as a subset of the population, a group needed in order to fulfill study requirements.
  • 1nHealth’s thinking is different. We believe patient centricity doesn’t start at the site. It begins the moment an individual sees a recruitment opportunity. We exist to make that moment more human, resulting in increased study participation.

Dan Brenner

Founder & CEO


Dan is the Founder & CEO of 1nHealth. Prior to starting 1nHealth, Dan led client and portfolio development at SPRIM and SPRIM Ventures, leading all online initiatives for SPRIM and its venture companies.

Prior to SPRIM, Dan was the CEO of several e-commerce ventures. In these roles, Dan was involved in launching hundreds of new products and direct marketing to a wide range of consumers and use cases. With a previous background in Life Sciences Consulting at SPRIM, Dan has blended his perspective in clinical and consumer to launch 1nHealth.

Dan’s prior start up experience included the launching of TriNova and leading the brand to acquisition by Gold Eagle Company in 2016, joining the acquiring Company’s board in 2017.

As a passionate alumnus, Dan would like to note he earned his M.B.A. from UCF before their football team was good.

Nakisha Muhammad



Nakisha joins 1nHealth as the Chief Technology Officer, bringing her cross-industry technology background into healthcare. A serial entrepreneur, Nakisha has Founded, operated, and scaled SaaS businesses as well as eCommerce brands. A self-taught developer and technologist, Nakisha has built multiple data-management and data visualization companies, managing developer teams and IT infrastructure. Nakisha’s philosophy in software engineering is rooted in a methodology that centers on the user experience first and then building the functionality around the user’s needs. 

She absolutely loves listening to & singing music of all genres. She is also a self-proclaimed foodie.

Steve Wimmer

Director of Partnerships


Steve is the Director of Partnerships for 1nHealth. He brings a wide-ranging scope of experience to his role, having worked previously in digital marketing, e-commerce, and education. Steve is primarily responsible for onboarding clients and developing external partnerships.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy of Religion from Biola University, both of which inform his approach to marketing clinical trials. He lives in Orlando with his wife, Jenna and their three children, and spends too much of his free time running.

Daniel White

Director of Digital Recruitment


Daniel is the Director of Digital Recruitment at 1nHealth. Daniel leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of client campaigns. He leverages a well-rounded background in digital marketing at a top entertainment company globally, plus multinational experience in North America, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Always thinking first about the users’ journey, he works to achieve every campaign’s best possible outcome by harnessing big-picture campaign strategy down to individual clicks. Daniel prides himself in creating, organizing, and refining 1nHealth’s class-leading AI-targeting tools and marketing methodology.

Daniel started his career as a professional musician and has degrees in Marketing for Entertainment Business, a post-college degree in Digital Marketing, and an M.B.A. from IBMEC.

Stephanie Browning

Senior Project Manager


Stephanie is the Sr. Project Manager at 1nHealth. With a background in Ad Sales, Television Production and Post-Production, she is no stranger to tight timelines and multiple moving parts. Her love of organizing comes with tabs, color-coding, and systems galore.

Stephanie comes to 1nHealth from television production where she was the Director of Partnership Development, Producer and Project Manager. She has experience in creating and streamlining systems, executing projects under deadlines and keeping internal and external teams on track to hit project deliverables.

Her past lends to a plethora of stories supporting content creation with entertainment’s legends. She worked at Letterman, Saturday Night Live, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and TODAY.

Stephanie is the proud owner of a B.A. in Mass Communication from North Carolina State University. She is also the proud owner of two Emmy Awards.

She plays 4 instruments, writes music, is obsessed with dogs and has never met a wine she didn’t like.

Justin Hoffman

Project Manager


Justin is a Project Manager at 1nHealth. Throughout his career, Justin has used technology and communication to connect people to what they are searching for. His range of experience in journalism, digital marketing, and project management equips him to bring unique solutions to challenging questions.

Prior to joining 1nHealth, Justin worked in e-Commerce and product analysis for a major OEM.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. with a concentration in Data Analytics from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Jerry Hunley

Digital Recruitment Specialist


Jerry is a Digital Recruitment Specialist at 1nHealth. Prior to this role he was an intern at Florida SMART, where he aided local businesses in improving and optimizing their digital outreach methods through enhancing their brand presence on social media, while helping them find and communicate with their target consumers.

Jerry has a keen eye for design; he’s worked with many startups in the Orlando area on logo, website and product design, while assisting in creating brand voice and identity.

He graduated from Stetson University with a B.A. in Business Administration and is a big basketball fan; his favorite team is the one Lebron James is on.

Courtney Donlan

Digital Recruitment Specialist


Courtney is the Digital Recruitment Specialist at 1nHealth, where her main role is creating and optimizing PPC campaigns to fill clinical studies with their specific cohorts.

Prior to this, she worked in social media marketing with Dope Dog and as a Digital PR Specialist with Biz2Credit, aiding in online brand awareness.

Courtney graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Digital Media: Web Design while also taking technical drawing classes earning her a minor in studio art. She likes to spend her time on the beach with a spicy marg in hand.

Albany Alexander

Brand Marketing Specialist


Albany is a Brand Marketing Specialist for 1nHealth. Prior to this, she worked as a Marketing Intern at the Academy of Country Music.

Prior to ACM, Albany was a Content Creator for Cru in AEM for company websites. Albany holds strong storytelling skills as shown throughout her marketing and communications roles. She spent her college summers as a camp counselor. She’s a big fan of jalapeño potato chips and Takis.

Albany graduated from Emerson College with a B.S. in Journalism and a minor in Marketing.

Brittney Nichols

Digital Recruitment Specialist


Brittney is a Digital Recruitment Specialist for 1nHealth. Prior to this role, she was a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for a resort where she was responsible for creating marketing materials, managing multiple projects, and executing promotional email blasts.

She is excited to use her marketing experience along with her storytelling and creative skills to find solutions in creating, strategizing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to meet the needs of our clients.

Brittney is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Business. She loves dogs, Mexican food, and Disney.
